Royal Cup Coffee strives for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. Shipping Policy
All shipments within the United States and Canada are shipped via United Parcel Service from Birmingham, Alabama (zip code 35217). The standard shipping option is UPS Ground. Days in transit are noted in the US map below. Please keep in mind the time to package your order. If the products are in stock, we guarantee your order will be shipped within three business days of when your order is placed. Typically, your order is packaged and shipped much quicker than this.
Payment Policy
Many of our business customers have pre-established billing practices with Royal Cup. For our home consumers, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. If you prefer using a different method for payment, please contact us at 800-366-5836.
Repeat Orders
For those customers who chose the “Repeat Order” option, all future orders will automatically process through our ordering system after the requested number of weeks has elapsed.
