Wake up 10 minutes earlier

Don't check your phone

The first thing many people do when they wake up is reach for their phone. But that often results in sitting in bed for longer than you want to catching up on work emails and social media feeds. To make your mornings less stressful, put your phone away until you walk out the door.

Savor your cup of coffee or tea

When was the last time you sat down and really enjoyed your morning cup of coffee or tea? Take an extra 10 minutes of time in the morning to brew a fancy cup of coffee with a French Press or make a perfect cup of tea.
