This month for Sum of Us we feature one of wonderful Branch Managers. A Royal Cup Branch Manager is our relentless team of individuals who day in and day out bring the best coffee, tea and everything in between to our customers from coast to coast. These are the people working to ensure the highest degree of service is provided and helping to resolve customer problems/requests.
With that we'd like to introduce you to our Branch Manager for Southern California Arun. Arun has been with the company for 4 years and is a great example of what a fantastic manager should be; great attitude paired with a hard work ethic and commitment to excellence!
Arun was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule and answer a few questions about what it means to be a Branch Manager, what makes his territory unique and more!
- About Arun:
Hi everyone, I'm Arun and I am the branch manager for Southern California. I live and work in Orange County California, but also manage San Diego & Riverside County. I started with Royal Cup as a Territory Manager in Phoenix, Arizona four years ago.
- What would you say is one of the most unique places you service?
Southern California is one of the most beautiful places in the country, picking one unique stop may not be possible. With that being said The Ritz Carlton Dana Point is situated on one of the most picture perfect stretches of beach in the world. I am proud to serve them Royal Cup coffee.
- What is your favorite part of being a Branch Manager?
My favorite part of being a branch manager is the freedom to take an entrepreneurial approach to my career. The company is changing, its great to be a part of the evolution as we grow.
- What does Royal Cup represent to you?
Royal Cup represents excellent coffee and tea backed up by great service. We are the market leader because of the value we create with our overall service, whether its roasting or delivering, we strive to serve them well.
