Homemade Thanksgiving Creamer Recipes

There’s just something so special about that classic cup of black coffee in the morning, but it’s always fun to spice it up every now and then. Especially during pumpkin-spice season! While there are many ways to change up your daily drink like putting butter in your coffee or even coconut oil, you can add things you’re a little more familiar with, like creamer! We’ve put together a few creamer recipes to try out and serve up this fall when you’re together with friends and family. And even if you make them just for yourself this weekend, we won’t judge.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Coffee Creamer

Prep Time: 5 min

Total Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups half and half
  • 6 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a container to serve. Refrigerate remaining creamer.

Salted Caramel Mocha Coffee Creamer

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 10 min

Total Time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups half and half
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 15 caramel squares
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

On low heat, add all ingredients to a medium saucepan. Stir continuously for about 10 min to melt all the chocolate and caramel. Pour into a container to serve. Refrigerate remaining creamer.

Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Coffee Creamer

Cook Time: 10 min

Total Time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups half and half
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 6 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tbsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

In a blender, blend pumpkin and half and half until smooth. Over low heat, add all ingredients to a medium saucepan. Stir frequently for 10 min or until all chocolate is melted. Pour into a container to serve. Refrigerate remaining creamer.
