Business is personal at Royal Cup, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Since 1950, the company has been led by the Smith family. During that time, we have grown from a small, local coffee company to a national leader in the industry. Although the business has grown to this level, our founding principles still remain: quality, integrity, social responsibility and profitable growth. With these principles in place, a fun-loving, hardworking, family-focused, community-minded, service culture emerged.

Our corporate motto is “Serve Them Well,” and we strive to live it daily. It obviously means to serve our customers, but it also means to serve one another, our community and our world. At Royal Cup, we believe that a seemingly small action can have an enormous impact, and that the work of an individual can change the world. A company dedicated to empowering its employees to pursue their passions and live lives of service can lead to some incredible things. And at Royal Cup, we live to serve.
